• The small mats measure 11.22in x 7.87 in (28.5cm x 20cm) and come with six markers, a wristband and a reusable pouch to carry the mat everywhere you go.
• The large mats measure 12in x 16in (30cm x 40cm) and come with eight markers, a wristband and a reusable pouch to carry the mat everywhere you go.
• The folding mats measure 10in x 15.9in (25.4cm x 40.4cm) when unfolded. Each illustration measures 4.9in x 7.8in (12.5cm x 20cm). It comes with 8 markers, a wrist band and a reusable pouch to carry the mat everywhere you go.

Use a damp microfibre towel or a water wipe to clean your mat. We encourage kids to clean it themselves (it is so much FUN) but they are dishwasher-safe, so feel free to pop it in, or wash it with any soap.

We recommend removing the color off the mats at least within a day or two of using it. If you find the ink is not coming off completely with a damp microfiber cloth or wet wipe, then use a squirt of hand sanitiser or dish washer soap, and that will do the trick. If you have tried all of that and you are still finding stubborn stains, please contact us with some photos and we will work out the best solution for you.

Our markers are specially manufactured for our mats and designed to be washable off non-porous surfaces. For that reason we suggest only using them on the mats. You can remove the ink off the mats and hard surfaces, such as wooden tables and walls, but we cannot guarantee the complete removal of ink on materials that are highly absorbent.

Our mats are great for any age, however, the marker lids can become a choking hazard if toddlers are unsupervised. We recommend parental supervision when using our mats for children under 3 years of age.

Our markers are safety compliant non toxic erasable markers. However we strongly suggest parental supervision for children who have the tendency to ingest the ink.

We are very conscious with our products to minimize single-use items. Our fun and educational mats were designed to be REUSED hundreds of times. Everything else in our sets (markers, wristbands, etc.) is reusable.

Our mailer bags are also 100% recycled, reusable and recyclable.

Yes. You only need to feel the mats to know they are thick and durable. You can stretch them, fold them in different ways, etc. and they will be ok. Having said that, they are not immune to sharp objects and permanent stains.

While our quality control is thorough and we have gone through every single item on our sets to ensure you received the best of the best, it is inevitable that a few faulty ones slip through the cracks. If for any reason you receive one of these (faulty print, damaged markers or pouch) please contact us and we will be more than happy to arrange an exchange.

We are dedicated to delivering only high-quality products, so this situation is uncommon. However, if there are defective mats, we make sure they are repurposed in the best way possible.
